About Us
The Crystal Collab is a fast-growing, sustainability-focused crystal business specializing in pre-loved crystals. We currently have two established US branches (Texas and California) on Instagram, and we’re now expanding into the East Coast. We're looking for a self-motivated, social-media-savvy Area Manager to run live sales and grow our social media presence — all from home.
What You'll Do
- Work from home to host engaging weekly Live Sales, selling curated crystal stock.
- Post several times a week to grow your audience and boost engagement.
- Source and price high-quality, pre-loved crystals from online platforms and private sellers.
- Manage customer orders: pack, ship, and track parcels independently.
- Collaborate with Head Office to increase reach and maximize weekly sales.

What You Need
- Experience with social media, posting and going live preferred but not essential.
- Confidence and personality for hosting live sales.
- Familiarity with social media trends and basic video editing.
- Strong organization and spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) skills.
- A reliable internet connection, smartphone, laptop/tablet, and printer.
- Driver’s license and access to a car (for sourcing and shipping).
Important Requirements – Please Read Before Applying
This is a fast-paced, independent role requiring initiative, stamina, and strong communication skills. You must be:
- A clear, confident communicator (spoken and written).
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs on a regular basis.
- Comfortable working independently from home without supervision or accommodations.
This role is not suitable for:
- Anyone requiring help with reading, writing, or processing information.
- Those uncomfortable with customer interaction or social media engagement.
- Applicants unable to consistently lift, stand, pack, or work on their feet when needed.
